Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of VERcity at vercity.net and its related collection tools. The service is operated by Igor Pogodin. Contact: igor.pogodin@vercity.net. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. The service

VERcity offers a commemorative-coin catalogue, Wishlist and tools for recording your collection, purchases and sales. It is an information and record-keeping service, not a marketplace, broker, financial adviser or independent authentication service. No paid subscription or purchase is introduced by these terms. Any future paid features will have their price and applicable conditions disclosed before purchase.

2. Accounts

Provide an email address you control and protect your email, Google account, sign-in codes and active sessions. Do not share access without understanding that others may be able to view or change your collection. You are responsible for activity you authorise. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must have the legal capacity required to use the service under the law applicable to you.

3. Your records and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You give VERcity permission to store, display, process and back up that information only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service. Keep independent copies of information important to you. You must have the right to enter any information about other people.

• Do not use VERcity for illegal, abusive, fraudulent or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s records, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious content or use automated requests that materially degrade availability.
• Do not misrepresent catalogue information or price estimates as a guaranteed appraisal.

4. Catalogue content and price estimates

Descriptions, images, dates, mintages and price estimates may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Future release details can change. Estimates are informational and do not guarantee a sale price, investment return, authenticity or availability. Check information independently before making a purchase or sale. Third-party images and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights; access to VERcity does not grant rights to republish them.

5. Privacy and optional analytics

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Essential account processing is needed to provide requested features. Optional Google Analytics requires a separate choice and is not a condition of using VERcity. You can change that choice in Settings.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep VERcity available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every issue will be corrected immediately. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider outages. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain significant account restrictions and provide a way to contact us.

7. Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using VERcity at any time. Signing out ends the session on the current device; it does not delete the account. To request account and associated personal-data deletion, contact igor.pogodin@vercity.net from the account email address. Deletion is subject to identity verification and the retention exceptions explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Responsibility and your statutory rights

To the extent allowed by law, the service and informational content are provided without a guarantee of completeness, availability or fitness for a particular collecting or financial decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under the law applicable to you.

9. Updates and questions

We may revise these terms as VERcity changes. The effective date will appear on this page. For material changes affecting existing accounts, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain agreement where required. Mandatory protections in your country remain applicable. Please contact us first with questions or concerns so that we can try to resolve them.
